Although we alone know our best coping strategy, illness or emotional distress may make it difficult for us to see clearly. We can get sidetracked by old habits, fears and avoidance tactics.

Learning to use our inner strengths effectively and consistently may require learning new skills and a willingness to see the reality of the present moment more clearly. Pat has a special interest and expertise in teaching mindfulness and self-hypnosis to individuals and groups to support us in reclaiming the power of our lives.
